PSA/EPYSA/USYS Coaching Risk Management Requirements

All Coaches are required to complete and provide us with all of the following:

•Complete the Coach Registration

•Complete the CDC Heads Up Concussion Online Training (Must renew annually)

•Complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance Application 

(Only Required to be completed every 5 years.)

•Complete the PA Criminal History Check 

(Only Required to be completed every 5 years.)

•Complete the FBI Affidavit of Compliance if you have lived in PA for more than 10 years.

(If less than 10 years, you must complete FBI Fingerprinting for Volunteers)

•Complete SafeSport Training as required by US Soccer. (Must renew annually)
